The series of seminars dedicated to and led by PhD students and postdocs was organized this year in collaboration with the Q@TN joint laboratory, in which ECT* participated. Hosted by ECT*, it built on the successful experience of previous editions of PhD seminars aimed at students from the University of Trento.
The first seminar featured a talk by Pietro Oreglia entitled ‘Magneto-feedback cooling of a magneto-levitated microparticle’. The seminars were organized by Tommaso Morresi (ECT*), Gioele Casagranda (Università degli Studi di Trento), and Alberto Tabarelli de Fatis (Università degli Studi di Trento), who can be contacted for details.
